The speed of the leader is the rate of the pack Why the holidays are the best time for building your Xyngular business



If you're already financially free, you may be able to take a lot of time off during the holidays, but I we guarantee there are members of your team who can't. If your Xyngular business has been growing or you have high expectations for its growth, you'll need to be out there swinging it into action in all the days surrounding the holidays...starting with Thanksgiving.

Now, we're not suggesting that you work Christmas Eve. Enjoy your family. But certainly, don't take December off or you'll have a negative rebound effect in January. What you plant in December, you'll reap in January. If you want a huge harvest in January and February, work it hard now.

Here's something that has worked well for many of the best leaders in this business. See if it will work for you and your team.
You can get ahead of your team's "slow-holiday" thinking by doing a little personal development with them. It will work on your thinking too. 

Let's start with a story. Whenever my mother could predict that I might whine or beg for something at the store, she'd get ahead of it by saying, "you know, I always hate to hear those kids who are always begging and whining for whatever they see. It always makes me not want to buy anything for my kids." It would stop me cold. Do you think I'd ever whine and beg? Not a chance. I knew my mom would be more generous if I didn't. And she was.

Tell a story from your own experience, then say, "I feel that way about people who hate to work the holidays. It's the best time of year for me. People who take time off are really shooting themselves in the foot because it takes the whole first quarter of the next year to get their momentum up again.

"One thing that will drive you crazy this time of the year is when people say, 'I wish I could get started now but the holidays are going to be really stressful and expensive.' 

"If you'll work with me hard during the next few weeks, I'll show you how you can identify those people who are really willing to make the necessary sacrifices to build a huge Xyngular business. The holidays are the best time for that.
"Here's what you do. You talk about how great the holidays are for contacting people when they're at home. They're inside because it gets dark earlier during Daylight Saving Time. They're not worrying about going to work the next day. They're more relaxed and open. They're actually in a holiday spending mood after Thanksgiving.

"They know they're going to need some extra money in January and February to pay off what they spend extra on the holidays, and you have a way to work with them and help them get it. 

"It's not a secret that that January is the biggest month of the year for our business. People are thinking about weight loss big time in January, and you don't want to lose the valuable holiday time when you need to get new people trained and ready to go for January. 

"If you'll work hard now, your next November and December will be the best you've ever had. The holidays are always easier to handle if you have some extra money. And Xyngular is a great way to get it."
A little motivational speech like that will work wonders for yourself, your team, and your January/February income. 

ACTION STEPS:
1. Prepare a motivational conference call or team meeting early in December to discuss this article.
2. Schedule time with your team for 3-way calls and opportunity calls during December. No one should work alone during December. Schedule times and make it happen.
3. Get your lists together, practice overcoming holiday objections, and go to work. You'll find who your most committed leaders are.
