The Right Fuel

Think of your body an expensive, high performance vehicle, like a race car or a space shuttle that must last you 100 years. Your food is the fuel that is either used for increased energy and health, or in the case of junk food, is deposited as fat and toxic sludge.

If you use your vehicle without proper fuel, you'll be exhausted all the time, no matter how much food you eat. Your body doesn't have to fall apart too quickly. Like a vehicle, it's easy to take for granted because it gets you where you want to go, until it starts breaking down. Then it starts to disrupt your life.

Like your car, little things are easy to overlook—a rattle in the transmission, a little black smoke out the tail pipe. Your body will send you signals too—a little depression or aggression, regular headaches, acid reflux, high blood pressure, too frequent colds, etc.

It's amazing how many people talk about these problems going away when they're using Xyngular® products regularly.
Much like your car, your body only speaks to you when there's a problem. You only notice it when something starts to malfunction. But, unlike your car, you can't find spare parts very easily.

Your car must be taken out and used often at fairly high speeds to keep it running at its best. An occasional trip to the grocery store won't do it. You need exercise.

It seems like a contradiction, but the more energy you use for exercise, the more energy you will have—assuming that you are using high quality fuel. The right exercise means weight-bearing exercise as well as aerobics and safe stretching.

For optimal fuel all you need to do is look at the standards Jim Ayres has set for your Xyngular shopping list.

ACTION STEPS:
1. Shop for high fiber carbs as close to nature as possible—minimal processing, no synthetics, and plant-based. Look for organic, pesticide-free produce that spoils naturally if you don't use them within a reasonable amount of time. This shows that healthy enzymes are at work.

2. Select healthy fats from nuts, seeds, and grains rather than from fatty or processed meats, added processed oils, deep-fat-fried foods, dairy fats, or bakery fats.

3. Choose lean proteins. Plant-based proteins...legumes and grains. Look for low-fat fish, free-range poultry, grass-fed red meats, organic eggs, and organic dairy products. Avoid fatty processed meats like sausage and salami.

4. Shop for high fiber. Try for 25 to 40 grams of fiber a day. It's easy with whole grains, legumes, and raw fruits and vegetables. Avoid empty, sugary drinks and foods made from highly processed grains and potatoes.

5. Shop for variety. Enjoy a wide variety of colorful ingredients from nature in every meal.

6. Make low sodium choices. Keep within the recommended guidelines.

7. Take supplements with a healthy diet. As you're taking Xyngular's supplements, make sure they're not replacing healthy foods, but rather supplementing them.
